 Located in the basement, the design encompasses the entire space, seamlessly integrating a modern aesthetic with a mild neural colour palette. It features a spacious living area, an open bar for entertaining,  a rejuvenating sauna, a fully-equipped gym, and a comfortable guest bedroom. 

This design achieves a sleek and contemporary ambiance by incorporating gentle tones of wood and fabric, complemented by soft, ambient lighting, resulting in a cohesive and sophisticated look.
